RE-Growing Secret Garden

Last time I mentioned that there were unwanted “guests.” We say unwanted because they don’t know how to respect our house nor the people WHO OWNS it.

Going back to a happy place specifically the garden that we used to call “The Secret Garden” is growing back. We named it after the movie "THE SECRET GARDEN" (1993) because when were in it, we're reminded of

Growing Secret Garden HACK!

I know it's going to be very busy this month but there was NO NEED to take down the growing "Secret Garden." Really?!!

Oooh...They're growing well, better than I anticipated. Is it because I placed some used ground coffee and a secret fertilizer thingy? I'm not sure. It could be one of them, both or none of it.

Sunflowers With Buds Growing!! (May 1, 2010)

I'm excited to see the buds on the Sunflowers but I was expecting that it would grow taller, about 4 ft. Yes yes, I must be patient. I'm hoping it would grow taller so I could show it to "Silver Surfer."

So far so good and yes, I'm happy with how big my Sunflowers have grown minus the pest. I wish they would bloom before April of 2010 ends - it's a wishfull thinking.

At Last, My Peppermint Is ALIVE!!

My oh my, my Peppermint is alive and germinating fast in compare with my Parsley which still is a seed. I started planting them last April 5, 2010, Monday.

Something Odd About Our Mint Plant

For about a month now, I've been "taking care" of our herb pots. It's extremely risky to let a person who doesn't have a green-thumb care for these herbs or any plants (for ex. my Sunflowers).
