Beware of the Greedy Phone Booth

So I was in V.P. and was looking for a phone booth. I inserted Php 10.00 so I can call up a land line #.

Supposedly, I didn't consume all 10 peso in my call. I left out 5 or 6 pesos. After the call, I tried getting the change but NO. This phone booth didn't give out change!!! I was angry. Tried getting help from security but they couldn't. Why so frustrated over a few change? I'm trying NOT to waste my money. I could have bought an ice cream from my supposed change!
